Payment Policy

At Scope Defence Academy, our primary focus is transforming cadets into commissioned officers. We strive to make our fee structures transparent, straightforward, and secure so that your only concern is your preparation.

1. Fee Structure & Schedules

Course fees—including tuition, SSB prep, and hostel accommodations (if applicable)—are determined prior to the start of each batch. Fees are generally required to be cleared in full before the commencement of classes or according to an officially approved installment plan issued by the Finance Department.

2. Accepted Modes of Payment

  • Digital Payments: We accept secure online transactions via UPI, NEFT, RTGS, and major Credit/Debit Cards through our authorized payment gateway.
  • Bank Transfers: Direct account transfers to the official Scope Global Skills University (SGSU) / Scope Defence Academy accounts.
  • Demand Drafts: Payable at Bhopal in favor of the Academy.

Please note: We highly discourage large cash transactions for security and transparency purposes. Official receipts will be generated for all successful transactions.

3. Late Fees & Dues

For cadets on approved installment plans, adhering to the payment schedule is a reflection of discipline. Delayed payments may result in late fees or, in consistent default cases, the temporary suspension of training privileges until the ledger is cleared.

4. Security & Fraud Prevention

We process all digital payments through recognized, RBI-compliant payment gateways fortified with SSL encryption. Scope Defence Academy will never ask for your banking passwords, OTPs, or CVV numbers over a phone call or unverified email. Always ensure you are paying through our official website or at the campus finance desk.

5. Finance Desk Support

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is typically reversed by your bank within 5-7 working days. For any payment disputes, invoice requests, or ledger clarifications, please contact the campus finance desk immediately or email info@sgsuniversity.ac.in with your transaction ID.
