Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope Defence Academy operates on a structured curriculum led by ex-military faculty, where seat allocations are highly competitive and specifically tailored to incoming batches. We believe in total transparency regarding our admissions and fee structures so that candidates can make fully informed commitments to their defence preparation.

1. General Tuition Stance

Once a cadet is admitted and training has commenced, seat allocations are locked. Because we turn away other capable candidates to hold your position in the batch, tuition fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances once the course begins.

2. Pre-Commencement Withdrawals

If a candidate chooses to withdraw their admission before the official commencement of the batch, they must notify the administration in writing. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing charges, entirely at the discretion of the Academy Management.

3. Medical & Extenuating Circumstances

We recognize the physical demands of defence preparation. If a cadet suffers a severe medical emergency that permanently disqualifies them from continuing their training (supported by official military/government hospital documentation), the Management Board will review the case on an individual basis for potential prorated credits or adjustments.

4. Medical Disqualification Post-Screening

Cadets who clear the written examinations but are subsequently declared permanently medically unfit during the official Services Selection Board (SSB) medicals are not entitled to tuition refunds for the training already provided. Our mandate is to prepare you for the tests; medical standards are governed strictly by the Armed Forces.

5. Dismissal for Indiscipline

Discipline is the bedrock of the Armed Forces. Any cadet expelled from the Academy due to gross indiscipline, violation of campus rules, or academic misconduct will forfeit all fees paid, with zero eligibility for any refund.
